Very happy with my Diamond City trailer. Sturdy construction compared to other trailers that are sold with similar size/weight boats. All aluminum construction and looks great

I have a diamond city trailer that hauls my 16' bass boat. Recently I return home from a bass tournament to discover my left hub and tire on my trailer was about ready to come off, Only By Gods Grace it did not. I called my boat dealer and he called me back and gave me Mr. Gilmer's; owner with Diamond City Trailer /Windstream' phone number. Mr Gilmer requested photos. After sending photo's Mr. Gilmer called me back and said he was going to replace my broken axle and hubs with a new ones. Mr. Glimer did so and sent a tube of grease as well. His support staff; Rosemary and Kim were very professional

I had a problem with one of their trailers. The actual problem was the boat that I have was to heavy for the trailer that came with the boat. I'm not your average weekend fisherman. I travel a lot fishing on MS, AR and LA's fine highways. The folks at Diamond City went above and beyond to make sure that I had a trailer that would fit my needs.
Thanks again!

This trailer came with my Alumacraft boat.
Went through 2 sets of tires in 4 years due to axle alignment. Taking to a heavy truck shop for rework before installing the 3 set of tires.
Wouldn’t recommend these trailers.

The customer service is second to none. Had an issue with my 18ft Diamond City Trailer, called them and they were all over it. I’ve pulled several different brands of trailers and Diamond City Trailers pulls as good or better than any trailer out there.

I have purchased 8 boats in the last 25 years and never had problems with the trailer until I purchased this last one with a Diamond City trailer. I have had this boat and trailer for approximately 4 years and have spent $1000.00 so for on up keep. I have had to replace the springs and shackles last year due to rust and breaking, and just picked it up from the boat dealer and paid $500.00 to have the broken brackets for the boards replaced. I will certainly make sure my next boat will not have a Diamond City trailer.

Needed some leaf spring hangers for my aluminum trailer and called Diamond City Trailers. The lady who answered the phone was very nice, took my part description, and shipped the parts to me as she promised.
Nice people to deal with.

Bought a new boat last June on one of these trailers tires wore out after only 2000 miles due to the axle being too light. I called and even emailed photos, received no response. Cost me $314.00 to change the axle plus new tires.
