Three months ago i hit a deer and the loft towing which is now owned by JY Collision was called to pick up my vehicle. I waited 4 days and heard nothing from my insurance or JY Collison, so i called my insurance and they said they had not received the estimate yet, so i call JY and the blame kept getting passed around about who's fault it was. Finally i was told 5 days to fix the vehicle, after a week and a half i called and they had not even started on it. 5 Weeks later still with no loaner i finally get my vehicle back mirror is rattling not installed right headlight still broke and the bulb

People were nice and friendly. We drove to the establishment, collected our belongings from our vehicle and then gave them the OK to release our vehicle to our insurance company. This was on early Friday afternoon. The following Monday afternoon we receive a call from our insurance company saying JY Collision Center will not release our vehicle because they said that we were waiting for them to work up an estimate on the damages. I came here to get my car professionally detailed because I have heard good things about the work they do here, and I was not at all disappointed! I have had three experiences with JL Collision Center. All three are five star experiences. 1) We had a chip repair done our windshield. They were fast, professional, and provided an excellent repair. 2) Someone backed into our daughter's car. They repaired the bumper and replaced the front windshield. Excellent paint match and repair. We can't even tell it was done. Plus, they buffed out scratches someone else did to her vehicle (not in the same place). I found my new auto body shop. Jordan did a fantastic job fixing my bumper and even touched up some other scratches on my car not related to the bumper. His prices are EXTREMELY reasonable compared to other body shops in the Fall Creek/Altoona area. He was able to provide an estimate immediately (the final cost was under estimate). He called me throughout the process to keep me informed regarding the status of the fix. He even offered to come in early or stay after close to allow me to pay/pick up my car at a time more convenient to my work schedule. I highly recommend JY Collision.

I haven't had my vehicle serviced here but I used to work for Jordan, the owner. I would still work for him, but my wife and I moved back home by family, almost 3 hours away. He is a great guy that really knows what he is doing, and really focuses on quality work and great customer service. If you want your car fixed fast and right, this is definitely the place to go.

I was recommended to JY Collision Center by multiple people, and I will never take my car to another auto shop again! The day of my fender-bender accident I called Jordan, and he was ready to give me an estimate the same day. As soon as I brought it in, the car was efficiently estimated and the right parts were ordered that same day! Not only did JY give me a free rental car, but also delt with all of the insurance side of things (which was HUGE given my busy schedule), and my car was ready within a week looking BRAND NEW.
