He is a third-generation Sonoman, having grown-up in this beautiful area he has an appreciation for "Old" Sonoma architecture and an appreciation for the latest building materials and techniques.

Services
First, we enter into a design and planning agreement and define a scope of work based on your vision, goals, and budget range. Our design team creates a preliminary floor plan prior to the design phase. A solid planning process upfront saves time and money. It all starts with a vision, a solid plan, and sound design to make our clients' dreams come true.

I do not believe you could find a more conscientious and skilled team than those at Mangiantini Construction. I did a major remodel, and the process of planning and designing was conscientious and meticulous. John is a very talented builder and designer. But what I will always remember most was how much emphasis he placed on getting it right during the planning stage. His staff is superlative and hard-working. And the result is that when I look around, I am so glad I did this! John is always available to answer questions and give advice and guidance. He emphasizes quality, service, and continuity

We hired John for a major remodel of our 65 year old house, and couldn't be happier with the process and results! At the initial meeting with John to discuss what we wanted to do and what was possible, he was friendly, professional knowledgeable. He was able to give me a 'reality check' on the cost of a project on the scale we were considering. After deciding to move forward, we met with his wife Jennifer for some kitchen design ideas and then worked with their in-house architect Jeremy.
