We've gone with Final Touch 3 times and every single time, our carpet cleaning job is phenomenal. We have a lively home with pets and contact activity and they make our carpets go from 0 to 100 QUICK. Every staff member is always so friendly and cordial and do an amazing job. Phillip was fantastic for getting us scheduled on short notice and Triano the tech was fabulous! He was professional, diligent, detail-oriented, clean and organized. Our couches and chairs haven't even dried and they already look great. Perhaps the best part of the experience was that Triano loves his job and he did it with utmost care and pride. That's hard to come by these days... I will have them back for other jobs for sure.

We were moving into a new home, and were wondering if we'd need to replace the carpets. They were looking quite worn, dirty, and had stains in quite a few places throughout. This company did an excellent job cleaning out homes carpet. We used to hire another company but they were getting lazy and doing half decent job, I'm so glad we found this new company because they take their time and are thorough with the cleaning. Would recommend.
