I needed a headshot for my company's marketing materials and had a short deadline. I shopped around locally (Simi) and couldn't find a place that could accommodate my rush request or the budget my company had given me for the photos. We hired Chris Schmitt to be our wedding photographer and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We got the bride's favorite package and a ton of compliments on our wedding photos and video. He worked really well with Noah Ruderman's team (First Look Films) and they both did an amazing job in capturing our beautiful wedding on photos and film. Chris photographed my wedding onboard the Queen Mary in Long Beach. I recommend him highly. He was courteous and professional with me and my guests. He and Tom were on time and handled everything beautifully. I didn't notice they were there most of the time. The photographs are just breathtaking. Chris customized a package for me so that I was happy with what I was getting and I was within my budget. I really can't say enough good things. This was money well spent.

We used Chris Schmitt Photography for our Camarillo, CA wedding last month and could not be happier. Most of our wedding guests were from out of town, so my (now) husband and I were concerned about spending all of cocktail hour (and/or time during the reception) taking photos (we didn't do a first look). These guys are 100% professional. I didn't get to use their photography services, but I had a very difficult situation they handled with utmost grace and professionalism. Chris is as good and trustworthy as they come.

My husband and I loved using Chris and Andrea for our wedding. We also used them for engagement photos (for awkward phototakers, I recommend this). We really liked how they can direct you and make someone whose uncomfortable taking photos more photogenic. I really liked how they worked as a team at the wedding. We got married at Sherwood Country Club in March-2014 Chris was by far our favorite vendor and is a great photographer. He did our engagement shots at leo carrillo beach and his timing and knowledge of the layout was perfect.
