Vicki Baucum is the principal owner of SmallBiz Staffing and has spent more than 18 years providing necessary services to the Crossville business community. Baucum, a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, spent 15 years at Cumberland Medical Center before establishing SmallBiz Staffing. Caleb Johnson is a graduate of Bryan College, with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
