Got gotten here at Sal's on N MacArthur second business from N.E corner of 23rd and MacArthur for a brand new spare tire that was under my truck. Guess they jacked it because 15s can be hard to find, and probably took it upon themselves to assume I didn't know the tire was there because I just got the truck. I came back several times within a 2 weeks period for the same issue spending far more than I ever imagined, this isn't my complaint auto diagnosis is sometimes like this and doesn't always mean the issue was misdiagnosed or done incorrectly. I just couldn't believe my tire being ripped off

I went to Sals based on the reviews. I had a family member tell me as well that they had heard great things about them. I got shocks an alignment and oil change done. I started to here some noise and my husband noticed as well and said that something was not right. I did not have him take it back for me while he was in town because I thought I could trust you all. The manager then proceeded to tell me it was another part. I then trusted you all again and had you all fix that part. I went to get my vehicle and did not get far and realized there was an issue. I went back and spoke to the mechanic

Wife had her car towed there after it wouldn't start when trying to leave work. I thought it was an alternator or battery issue, but they diagnosed an issue with the terminals. They got her back on the road and saved us hundreds by doing the right thing. Will use them again.
