The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a Federal Tax Credit Program available to employers who hire individuals from eligible target groups. Each year, employers claim over $1 billion in tax credits under the WOTC program. Employers can earn a tax credit of between $1,200 and $9,600 per eligible employee.

Customer service is not great all. I basically regret choosing their service. From the beginning there were issues to the end. Save yourself grief.

Super super super rude employee named Brittney was condecending and antagonistic. I called to speak with a specific person and she wouldn't transfer me. I have a real issue i needed to discuss with a certain person whom I was referred to by a previous employer and she just stonewalled me. No help whatsoever wow. What kind of customer service is that

Outstanding customer service. In addition to regular payroll service they go above and beyond to resolve issues with payroll taxes with the state and with the irs.
