The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a Federal Tax Credit Program available to employers who hire individuals from eligible target groups. Super super super rude employee named Brittney was condecending and antagonistic. I called to speak with a specific person and she wouldn't transfer me. I have a real issue i needed to discuss with a certain person whom I was referred to by a previous employer and she just stonewalled me. No help whatsoever wow. What kind of customer service is that
