Altered Ego

Destiny has been my stylist for over 15 years. I just LOVE her creativity, her personality, her coloring of hair, how she will try to fit you in on short notice and how friendly everyone at Altered Ego are. I always tell Destiny to do whatever because I trust her that much with my hair. Destiny is an amazing person and I always feel like a million bucks when I leave! Altered Ego makes you feel right at home. Thanks for everything you do Destiny!

My 2 daughters and I came here on my birthday, to get pampered. Destiny cut and colored my 15 yr old daughter's hair, and it turned out wonderful. Exactly as she wanted. Destiny also cut my 19 yr old daughter's hair, and she was very pleased as well. Penni cut and colored my hair & eyebrows (which I was very happy about, because not all salons color eyebrows...). The cut was good, eyebrows great, and the color was pretty close to what I wanted. The problem arose when we got out to my vehicle and I looked in the mirror. (The reason for the 3 star rating.) Altered Ego is Amazing! I have never been anything but thrilled every time I walk out!! Penni is my absolute go to stylist but all the stylist I've met have been so awesome. And my hair always looks phenomenal when we are done! I highly, highly recommend this salon to all my friends.

I decided to get my hair cut here because it seemed that the salon had a bit of an edgy, artistic feel to it and would have stylists with advanced skills. From initial phone call to walking out the door with my new do, I felt taken care of and that I was an important customer. Rebecca cut my hair and paid extra attention to what I was looking for while giving suggestions for working with my hair's strengths and limitations. She gave me exactly what I had requested with a professional style that had a bit of an edge to it. I'd highly recommend this salon and Rebecca's expertise. Looking forward

I have been going to Altered Ego (Destiny) for a couple of years now. I really enjoy the atmosphere within the salon. Being treated as an individual, and not a number, has meaning. When your stylist sees hundred of heads of hair and remembers yours, your wants and your stories you know you have found the one! Great place with great people!

I had been getting my hair cut by my mom for as long as I could remember and then one time I decided to go get my hair done at a salon and Altered Ego seemed very cool and inviting. Destiny Jackson was the stylist that cut my hair and she is absolutely AMAZING! She is very easy to talk to, and she knows what she is doing. She was able to keep up good casual conversation whilst cutting my hair and it turned out exactly the way I wanted it too. I don't usually write reviews but today I'm happily writing one for the Altered Ego Salon. On several occasions while visiting my sister I've made appointments there and have been very satisfied. They offer a variety of perks. (ie make-up tips, hair color/cut advice, and fresh coffee to boot! The entire experience made me feel like I stepped out of my old routine for a more updated "new me". Thank you, and I'll be back for sure.

I am visiting Eau Claire from Los Angeles California, I was referred to Destiny at Altered Ego, and was blown away by my haircut. She listened to everything I had to say and gave me exactly what I asked for. Plus she is a truly talented hairdresser. I am thinking of stealing her and bring her back to LA.
