Sam, a West Virginia native, moved to Massachusetts in 1982 and worked construction until 1989. While attending Bay State School of Appliance (BSST), Sam met Jim Habib, who was an instructor at BSST. After graduation, Sam was offered and accepted a position working under Jim Habib's supervision. Jim mentored Sam for approximately 6-8 months.
We are constantly growing and looking for quality, qualified "customer service friendly" appliance technicians to join our team! We offer a company truck, work computer, cell phone, 6 paid holidays, 1 week vacation and a bonus program based on realistic and attainable goals. You must have your own tools!

The customer service reps are friendly enough, but this company is just not able to provide good customer service. We had a service appointment that they no showed for, and did not even call us to let us know. They stated the phone didn’t work which was false, they just called the wrong number, & didn’t bother to double check it or send an email. After the no show, we had to call & ask for an appointment, which they said they’d get back to us in 48 hours for. 48 hours later we had to call them, and they told us we need to now wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for them to even come out, at which point

We had an excellent experience with Amy from D&S Appliance Service Inc today. We received an automated call to let us know the serive technican was on her way and Amy arrived within the specified time. Amy was very professional and efficient. She clearly knows the whirpool product and was able to fix our dishwasher within this one visit. Amy also had some helpful tips about how to avoid future issues. Thanks for your help!

They make me wait for 3 weeks.to get someone to come checkout my Refrigerator, then he says he needs to.order a part, the part comes in 2 days later and they call me to tell me that the part is in but they do not have a slot until 2 weeks later. Is this a joke? And oh it costs me 500. I have to pay 500 and wait for 6 weeks to.get it repaired. Go with Belcher's in framingham.

Poor customer service from customer service rep jamie and even the manager nancy, refused to be understanding and empathize with my dilemma , poor explanation of procedure and in the end due to unprofessionalism, refused to help and was very agressive about it also, don't understand how they are still In business. I have the recorded conversation for those who want to hear to know the truth ! Look at all the recent reviews with unhappy customers , should have known better !

These people pretty much stole my money. I had a tech come out to look at my stove on 12/15/20. The control panel was broken due to a power surge. He took about 15min to complete the diagnostics. I paid for the parts and labor ahead of time which was $516. I called for 3 months asking when the part would be in. Same story every time, it's on backorder and will be in next week. On 3/10/21 I asked to be refunded my money and I would pay for the trip and diagnostics. They only gave me back $209. I was told there was a restocking fee of 30% for a part that was NEVER even shipped from the factory. I
