After being left with no furnace and no hot water heater for months due to my neighbors water bursting and flooding my basemen, I had no choice but to accept half of the damage they did. One day I'll get the rest of the money and be able to get the water heater fixed so well have hot water again at my house. Had to accept so at least have hot air. My neighbors insurance company would give e you 10 stars for not paying for all the damage done
