If I could give this office 100 stars, I would!!
First impressions were fully met. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a professional team. Customer service is VERY good. When being treated, steps are taken to not agitate or hurt you more. I'm am very happy and thankful for everyone at North Orange County Chiropractic & Wellness Center.

Unfortunately my family will not be coming back here. The mask mandate was lifted June 15th and my son and I came in with no masks and were seen then my husband came in today and the ladies up front (which were not 6 feet apart) confronted my husband and told him HE HAD to wear a mask to be seen. He ended up leaving and told them they themselves weren’t even following the guidelines… Sucks, I really did like Dr Patel. Oh well, there are other Chiropractors that are chill and don’t require masks from their patients, which for me and my family will spend our money there. Hope you all do the

If there are more stars, I would give them 100^100. Dr. Neha Patel is incredibly talented in fixing my bones - to the point that I’m a new person walking out of the office. Micha and Claudia are tremendously gifted in massage therapy - and making you feel like a queen during the session. Overall, the services are excellent and the customer service is top notch.

Oh Gosh! Where to begin?
As you enter this place its immaculately clean, Dr Neha Patel and her entire staff is absolutely welcoming and extremely respectful. For us patients most of the healing begins with the attitude/behavior of the Practitioner and the staff, for my sciatica, I felt I was in good hands and at peace starting from the beginning when I called to make an appointment.
- Receptionist Maisha (I hope i spelt it correct). Making appointment with her over the phone, then first time signing up was quick and super easy, all electronic on an iPad
