A scam of a hospital. Went in for stomach pains and was given a very simple diagnosis (No test were given). Didn't help with the pain then gave me over $1000s to pay from the doctor bill plus the hospital bill. Seriously do not trust their Emergency Room.

My first experience here was terrible.. then I fell very ill from covid-19 and had to return and I am so Thankful for Dr. Allyson. She is absolutely a God send.. it must be hit or miss there because a male Doctor entered my room this same visit while I was already being seen by DR Allyson and he was not the best(glad he wasn't my doctor). You can really tell who is there for a pay check and who is there for their patients. I am glad I was already being seen by Dr Allyson and he was just confused about who his patients were.. she is an amazing Doctor and I highly recommend her and her Wonderful

Worst hospital I’ve ever seen. When you take a 10 year old into a hospital with chest pains and left arm is numb. You would think they would at least take his blood pressure or do an EKG. They did not even listen to his heart. They only did a chest X-ray, of course Covid test, flu and strep. All was negative. I was sent home with what they called “viral infection” and to give Motrin for pain. His regular doctor did more for us in 2 hours then they did in the 4-5 hours we wasted at this hospital. Do not go there.

This place is horrible! I sat for 3 hours after the doctor came in and said he was gonna test me for Covid and give me pain meds. I hit the nurse button no one came so I had to get up and find someone, then she said someone was supposed to come but they forgot. Finally got meds and then sat another 2 hours to be swabbed, same thing had to go find someone. No one checked on me, checked my vitals or anything the entire time I was in the room. After I tested positive they rushed me out the room though the nurse came twice while I was trying to gather my stuff to get me out the room.

Long wait time, averages about 1 hr 12 min for about everything you do so prepare for that. Scheduled for a test and got delayed because the counter personnel didn’t tell us that taking a booster shot may affect the accuracy of the exam which need to be rescheduled. She should of inform us of the things to be aware of, instead wasting both of our time.

One of the worst Hospitals I have ever been in ,,The doctor told us he was the only one running the Er and we were there from 10 am till 5 pm and Had to sign myself out ,They think your there for Meds or something all I want was to know what was causing my discomfort ,What he told me I had I could have stayed home and made that call all by myself. The nursing staff is the worst treat you like dirt ..I say close this place down if your that understaffed why pass this off to people seeking medical help..You have people checking us in and there washing beds after people leave ,I hope she was trained

Staff was very unprofessional and aggressive. I needed a blood pressure test due to the fact my blood pressure recently spiked due to extremely heartbreaking and stressful life events. I am monitoring my BP for a course I need to attend. My blood pressure has been going down steadily due to relaxation, cognitive de-stressing, and I simply needed my blood pressure in an acceptable range. The staff berated me and essentially denied me care because they said I can only get my BP done by my primary care manager; however, I travel nearly 60-70% of the year and it is nearly impossible to see my care

My husband was injured with a chain saw. He was taken right in, xrayed, wound cleaned, and had the complicated wound closed. The PA was excellent!! I’m an old ER nurse that worked large county hospitals in Texas, as well as worked as an evaluator of small hospitals in Vermont. I am highly impressed with the level of care at this facility. Highly recommend! I think it’s important to remember that this is a small hospital dealing with the same level of care requirements as the larger hospitals. Hopefully we won’t need to be seen again, but if so, I know where we will go. Thank you all so much

If I could give them -5 stars I would.
I came into the ER today on my doctor's recommendation because my blood sugar was at 497 when I was tested at work and they did not have any available appointments. I got the the ER at about 3:45 pm and checked in. I'm having excessive thirst, nausea, dizziness, and fatigue. So far all they've done is take my blood pressure, pulse, and sugar. It is now 10:16pm and I'm STILL waiting for treatment. I'm still nauseous, dizzy, my vision is blurry, and I'm light headed from not eating since 1pm. NO ONE has bothered to check on me to see if I was okay or not. At

Entered the ER because the baby was having breathing issues. The intake clerk had a leisurely conversation with someone who was checking in while I stood waiting for quite a while until Tiffany Hall noticed how long I was standing and asked if she could be of help. She told me to bring the baby in and had a nurse come assess him. A room was prepared in back and he was seen but almost dismissed by the ER physician because she couldn't hear how poorly he was breathing until I laid him down. At that point they went into action to give him a breathing treatment and a shot of steroid. He has since seen
