At each visit please bring your insurance card with you, and be prepared to pay your co-payment or deductible at the time of your appointment. Please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel any appointments you will be unable to keep so that we may offer your appointment space to other patients who are waiting for care.
We understand that circumstances arise from time to time that may require you to cancel and reschedule your appointment. We request that you give us at least 24 hours' notice prior to a cancellation so that time can be made available to another patient in need. If such notice is not given prior to a missed appointment, we will typically charge $50 for that session.
Mill Street Psychiatric accepts most insurance carriers and will assist you in filing claims for your mental health care services. We ask that you verify your insurance coverage prior to each visit by either calling your insurance carrier directly (refer to the Member Services/Customer Service number on your insurance card) or from your employer's benefits office.
At each visit we will try to ensure that you have sufficient refills to last until your next appointment. Please make every effort to schedule your follow-up appointment at the time of your office visit. This will assist you in keeping your refills current and prevent running out of your medication.

I have had such a wonderful experience while going here. Staff and Jan have always made me feel valued, never have made me feel pressured or disrespected. I love that when it comes to medication, I get the choice on if I want it to not. It's not pushed on me. When having a reaction to meds, I have always been able to get in contact with Jan to solve the issue and get the med changed. The one thing that really makes me feel respected is that Jan always takes the time to talk to me and discuss everything I need to know about test results or new meds. It had taken me years to get the courage to go

This is the Place if you want to be disrespected and treated badly. These people are some of the most disrespectful rude arrogant people in this business and city.
If you like large loud aggressive dogs barking in your faces when you walk thru the front gate or while in being seen by this Unprofessional Medical person, have at it.
This goes on here day after day week after week at All Hours.
No Worries though my Attorney has been notified.

These people really don't care about you or your medical Issues/problems just your money and your lucrative

If Janus tries to "work with you" reguarding payment, run. Being 8 months pregnant with insurance that hadn't started yet, Jan let me pay my fees in cash, knowing I had no insurance. Jan stated cash helped her because her husband deals with ALL the money, and that it would help me as well since I had no insurance at the time. 6 months later, Jans husband calls me stating my insurance didn't go through and that I owe them $380, even though I had paid the fee Jan had discussed with me. Turns out, Jan keeps the cash she receives from her business and doesn't report it to her husband, who then bills
