D.R. Coffman Construction Co., is a family based business founded in 1929. Don Coffman's grandfather started the business in Chicago doing New Construction and Remodeling. His father later joined the business and expanded it to be one of the top quality construction companies in Chicago. Building Medical Buildings, Car Dealerships, Churches, New Homes and Remodeling.
Don Coffman took over the family business in 1971 after working with his dad and grandfather since he was 10 years old, learning the trade in "The Old Craftsman Style". Don and his family later moved to Sarasota Florida in 1983 and continued his own business: D.R. Coffman Construction Co., in Florida.
