Services
Sealcoating is an important step in asphalt maintenance. The sealcoat material is an emulsion that protects your asphalt from damaging agents such as oil, grease and all weather conditions. Prior to the sealcoating application, a hot-rubberized crackfiller is used on those asphalt areas already damaged or cracked.

I am on a member of the board for an HOA. This is the 2nd year the team from Roese Bros. has been on site making repairs. When I met with the team after looking at the entire community, they came back with an estimate on how best to spend the monies the board had budgeted for paving. After the estimate and agreed upon areas decided upon, the team provided a map of the community that could be sent out to residents explaining the work to be done. The work was done 2 days earlier than expected and everything looks great. The entire team that was on-site was professional, courteous and hardworking

Did the most professional job better than we really expected. Would highly recommend Roese Brothers Paving for any job big or small. We used to have birdbath puddles on our old asphalt driveway after any rains. Now after their superb grading & paving job we have none! They didn't rush through the job which in the end results were perfectly finished. Anyone that would like to see the great job they did drive by or stop in at 10980 Judas Road at the corner of SR 207. Thanks again guys for the great service we received. Randy & Martha McCoy.
