I slid off the road in my suv on the ice going 10 miles an hour and can't turn. I stopped on top of a barb wire fence. My insurance said they won't pay for it. So I go to Addison Collision Repair to self-pay and the guy wants to quote me $2600 to fix the whole vehicle and refuse to just quote me to fix the plastic pieces that fell off underneath and fix the little dent in the driver fender. The guy is smoked out and I think he's just comfortable scamming insurance companies so he wouldn't help me when I just needed the little fix and not some ridiculous amount of work that probably doesn't even

My car was in a bad accident the whole back end was smashed. Addison Collison repaired it beautifully and the level of inspection and detailed pictures was wonderful! They were truthful every step of the way, listened to my every concern. I was very hesitant, lack of trust and demanding when I brought my car to them after another shop had made it worse.
They continued to reassure me that it would be done right and everything would be fixed.
They came through beyond my expectations and the car was fixed with all NEW parts no salvage parts. The car was painted beautifully and the repairs were perfect

Addison Collision Repair was great! We just moved to Twin from out of state and had hail damage from a recent storm just days before our move. They were on the shortlist of approved shops to work with from our insurance company, and we were glad for that! They allow you to schedule appointments online or over the phone if you'd like, for both quick estimate appointments as well as when you drop off for repairs. We ended up just dropping in one afternoon and they saw us immediately. They were helpful, fast, and clear about the process. Best yet is that they submitted the estimate to my insurance

Never a good day when you have to visit a collision shop. Luckily my vehicle was still drivable. After arriving I had about a 5 minute wait for someone to come out and look at my vehicle. They took several photos and inspected the vehicle before we went inside for the estimate. After approximately 15 minutes on the computer he had entered in all the damage and was able to offer me the estimate and the time it would take to get the repair. He explained the cost and asked if I would be billing insurance. I let him know I needed to check around due to the time it would take to get it in.

I was so impressed with this place of business and their amazing customer service.. We were traveling through Twin Falls and a couple days prior during our travels a severe wind storm bent our door hinges making it impossible to open the passenger door. These amazing people went above and beyond to fix it immediately free of charge. I’m super thankful that there are still amazing companies out there that pride themselves in great customer service. We have family in this area and I will definitely recommend this auto body shop to them for future services.

We were in a terrifying highway collision while driving through Twin Falls, ID. We found Addison Collision on Yelp and decided to take our car here to get it looked at and assess the damage.

A decent sized rock kicked up on the freeway and smashed into my car right where the windshield meets the driver's side pillar. Shattered the windshield and dented the pillar. There was also some paint chipping across the hood.
Insurance sent me here and I was not happy. Ended up having to take the car somewhere else to finish the repairs. They missed things in the initial appraisal because they spent less than 5 minutes looking at the actual car. When I tried to call them on it they first agreed to finish the repairs, but once they had the car again they called me to try and renegotiate

Amazing work! Addison Collision Repair was able to get my truck in the shop in 2 Business days, and finished in one day. My truck came out better than ever! I couldn't tell where the dent was, and on top of that they detailed my truck inside and out. I am very impressed with their work. Honestly Addison Collision Repair was the best body shop experience I have ever had.

An excellent business! From my initial phone call through the whole experience, I can't say enough good about Addison Collision Repair. They were great! After driving all day from the SF Bay Area to Twin Falls and spending the night, I backed our Honda Civic over a parking stop and tore the front bumper loose. It was dragging on the pavement. We had to continue on our way early in the day, so I looked on Yelp for a body shop. None of the 15 listed had any reviews, so I went with Addison, because they were fairly close to our hotel and had a photo. I am so glad I chose them. The young woman
