After a short interview with your Indoor Environmentalist is completed, a survey of temperature and humidity levels is taken.
The home is then evaluated with state of the art infrared technology. This process is non-invasive. Samples are then sent to the AEML lab where mycologists determine the fungal spore elevation. A phone call by your inspector will be made 1-2 business days after the initial assessment to review sample results.

Niv is an amazingly professional!! He helped me immensely through the mold process… I’d never had a mold situation prior to now, and was more than a bit clueless. The gentleman he recommended for my ductwork was unbelievable. He did magic on a 1962 condo!! If I could give them 6 Stars, I most definitely WOULD!!!!!!!

My experience with Air Quality Experts was really very impressive. They were recommended by Costal Restoration Specialist for a mold problem I am experiencing. They called me immediately and made an appointment for the next day. Their mold hygienist was prompt, professional and courteous. I received a follow-up call a few days later with a preliminary update and a well written and clear report within a few days of that detailing the problem and their recommendation for the solution. I would highly recommend their services.

I moved into a new apartment and was having breathing problems which I never had in the first place. Spoke to the manager at apartment complex numerous times about the high possibility of mold in the apartment and they told me they check and there was no mold. I went ahead and book a appointment with Air quality experts for a mold and air quality test , Adrian came out and instantly found my problem as I had suspected. Adrian was very professional and and communicated with during the entire inspection. Within two to three hours of him leaving I received an oral report on what was found in my home. I have used a company previously and I was not impressed and comfortable as I was today with this company. If you use them you will not be disappointed.
