We had 4 companies gives bids to tear down the 1996 small deck and build our vision of what we needed. One was outrageous and 3 were all comparable in price. The difference was the quality of build aspect such as picture framed sections to protect the end grain. Attention to detail with metal balusters and a cascading stair off the deck. I asked for some help involving the old deck and they were more than happy to help. The crew was led by Rob and fantastic group of guys. I wouldn't hesitate to call Alabama Decks for any outside project. We will be seeing them later. Great quality, comparable pricing

2 weeks ago I called to get an appt for a quote on rebuilding my deck. I called 4 times and even left a message on Instagram before I got a call back. Scheduled an appt, but the guy canceled 1 hour before the appt. He said let's reschedule for tomorrow same time. The next day comes and he doesn't show up, no call or text, nothing. I text him back assuming I was confused on the time. He says oh sorry, can we reschedule. I then asked what time was best for him. He said the next day. He came out and spent 10 or so minutes talking about the options and I felt good about moving forward
