I spent a couple of months picking a mattress and found it at Doc's. I was confident I had found my mattress. They informed me that there would be no returns, either because of covid or because I bought the mattress on sale.
I didn't think much of it at the time. I slept in my mattress only 4 times - my system rejected the materials of this mattress (I have a sensitive system) most folks do not. Not just due to the off gassing which employees of Doc's say is minimal and I agreee with that. Long story short I have to now sell this mattress myself at a loss of hundreds of

I picked my mattress carefully from Doc's Mattress Hut, coming in at least three seperate times to lay on the mattress. I felt sure that I had found the perfect mattress for me. It was bought on sale and I was informed at the time that there were no returns but I thought little of that because I loved this mattress. What became evident very soon was that my body was rejecting the materials of this mattress and I couldn't stay a whole night in the bed without discomfort, I seem to be extra sensitive to something. I addressed the issue with Edgar and Wyatt and they offered the suggestion of reselling

I am so grateful for docs mattress hut!! They have great prices, offer school discounts, and free delivery! The owners are super nice and helpful too! I decided to try and fit my twin in my car and they made sure I secured it safely and were super friendly (: if I ever need a new bed I will definitely go to them!

Had a great experience with Wyatt, Mike, Edgar, and Shari. We came in after going to several other bed stores and immediately felt a positive difference. We chose a mattress which was delivered on time. However, here's where the service kicks in. We became unsure once the mattress was in our house and had some concerns. They all handled it very well and kindly, doing everything to make sure we were satisfied. In the end we were. Highly recommend.

Doc's Mattress Hut is a nice place to shop for--yes, a mattress. The display room is pleasant and easy to navigate. Mattresses are made in the Pacific NW, using limited recycled materials in some models--a plus. Shari and her employees are personable and knowledgeable. The price-for-product is excellent, and delivery and set-up went like clockwork. I readily recommend the Mattress Hut to all my friends who need a good night's sleep.

Incredible, no pressure customer service. I’m taking accountability to say that I may not have been the easiest customer because I am very picky. I immediately felt at ease when walking into Docs. The gentlemen who helped us Wyatt and Edgar were so relaxed and so cool. They were very knowledgeable and very patient with us and our being indecisive. We finally decided on a bed and were excited to have it delivered in a time frame that worked for us. I love the mattress I picked out from Doc's. The customer service was really friendly and not overly pushy, the delivery was seamless and on time. I am sleeping so good and comfortably on my new mattress. I also like that the mattress was made in the PNW. I got a great quality mattress for a reasonable price. I recommend buying a mattress from this company, the experience was pleasant and easy.
