I always get a bit of anxiety walking into a girls boutique to find cute stuff I can where as well. After walking and looking at some SUPER cute bright pink flare Jeggings, the sales lady Amy asked me what was I shopping for, so I told her I was going to see Kacey Musgraves in February, Immediately she told me I need to look at this and held up the absolute cutest white denim jacket with fringe. Amy was so helpful, and even filled me in on how the store Kates came to be. Amy made me so comfortable in somewhere others thing I shouldn't belong. I can't praise her enough. I hope she will get to see

I have been trying on clothes all day and found NOTHING that fit me and I felt awful about myself. Amy at the upstairs location noticed I was having a tough time and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She found me dozens of outfits that were so flattering on me that I never would have tried on. I still can't believe how wonderful she was to work with and that trying on clothes was fun! This is the only place I will be buying my clothes from now on. Thank you Amy!!!

I bought a beautiful jumpsuit last week and decided to wear it to an outside gathering. Many compliments. When I got home that evening after about 2 hours of wear I can see were the seam of the pants part were totally separated. I attempted to take it back and the manager would not allow me to exchange the item. I was a frequent shopper at this store. Cheap quality and poor customer service. I would not advise to buy from this store.
FYI- I do not keep a receipt my intention is to wear and keep the item. You know your product. I was told by your employee that you could look up my Cc info.

The bad reviews here are spot on. AFTER they took my cash and locked the cash drawer, the clerk told me they do not offer refunds. I explained that I am from out of town and the purchase is a gift. The associate called the owner and she would make no concessions, even though I had purchased the gift only 3 minutes prior. I was consciously trying to buy from owner-operated local stores, but stay far away from this Kate's. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that Amazon is a wiser choice.

We went to return some dresses because they were the wrong color. Sarah was working and she was extremely rude! I was told I could get money back within 10 days of my purchase. Sarah accused me of being a liar and told me I misunderstood the return policy when the other employee told me and three other people that we could get money back within the 10 days. She then called her manager with an attitude talking about us returning the dresses like we were not just right beside her. We were also the only other people in the store. Maybe this is the reason why they never have a lot of costumers. I will

Horrible experience here. Bought a romper for $89 then saw where the fabric was literally falling apart and I didn’t even have the chance to wear it yet. I brought it back the next day and she said they could give me half back and as store credit. Paid 89 bucks and only got 30 back....... doesn’t make any since. And no it wasn’t on sale they just didn't want to make it right they wanted to keep their profit off of a damaged item!!! That’s bad character and I won’t be back. I went to the mall to go buy some Christmas gifts I wanted with my grandmother and we went in multiple stores. The stores just had stuff that was so summer like when it is winter currently. This store was on our way out and my grandmother said that we should go check it out since we had never been in it. I walk in and see all kinds of stuff I like. Our visit to Kate's changed our whole day. We just stopped in on a whim on our way leaving the mall. We had given up to find something my teenage daughter would like and felt comfortable in for her first semi formal event. We should of made this our first stop. After feeling very defeated, Veronica greeted us as soon as we walked in. Changed our whole mindset. She spent 1 on 1 time with us as she did each customer after us. She put together specific outfits to fit her needs. We left there with my daughter smiling for the first time in years about an outfit. Veronica was absolutely a god send today
