Jose came and said he would give us a free estimate to install bathsplashes in 2 bathrooms. Nice guy, showed up on time, nodded and smiled. That was 5 days ago. Whatever happened to closure: "No we can't" or "This is how much...". Tried to use local businesses but extremely disappointed. I guess the job was too small, but at least tell us. Off to big box store.
