I believe that patients are an important partner in his/her health. I partner and work with them to better treat their medical conditions, taking into account the issues unique to each patient. My philosophy is to be proactive in care; to prevent disease and complications. My goal is to treat my patients the way I would want my family members to be treated.
Despite being born in Washington D.C, she was raised in Montgomery County. Dr. Prest loves all things Maryland (including our flag). She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and the School of Medicine in Baltimore.

Ms. Harmer is a native Marylander and a graduate of University of Maryland School of Nursing in Baltimore, MD.

I just moved to the shore and needed a new GP,. These folks were well rated, but I did not have a good experience. I never got to the doctors, as the front end staff we virtually a brick wall prohibiting entry and medical treatment.
Signed up on the online portal in mid-March, submitted all required paperwork, as evidenced by it actually being on file/present in the portal, and was told I could make an appointment once that was done.
Early April I make an appointment, and the next day get a voicemail (not particularly polite or pleasant, I might add) saying my appointment has been cancelled,
