Safe-T Fire Protection began serving the Metro Atlanta area over 35 years ago based in Tucker, GA. In the 1990s our base of operations moved to Dacula, GA where we added to our fleet and field team. In 2008 Jacob Slaughter joined the Safe-T team as a shop tech working for his uncle, the owner, maintaining the fleet vehicles and inventory in the barn on their home/office property.
Later that year he gained his fire extinguisher technician permit and began working in the field. In 2010 he earned his GA permit for servicing and installing kitchen hood suppression systems. This helped substantially grow Safe-T Fire Protection and the next year Jacob was promoted to Service Manager.

Travis Sencer was the tech that came out to gather the information about the job scope. He answered all my questions. l got the quote at a reasonable amount. Travis came out and got the job expertly done. Very professional and knowledgeable. The only issue l had was that it took a while to get the quote, but l waited believing Travis will do the job right. And SURE he did.
Most importantly we got PASSED by The Fire Marshal's Office.

Called them on Friday Late in the afternoon and they had someone out here Monday morning to take care of fire extinguisher inspections I needed so we could pass our fire marshal inspection. The guy they sent out here was very professional and got everything squared away quickly! Will definitely use them again.

What GREAT SERVICE Safe-T Fire protection has offered our company. I was in need of a fire inspection called about 08:30 was told they would get us on their schedule. About 45 mins and I received a call telling me someone would be out same day. (can't get better then that) The tech arrived and very professional polite and efficient with his work. (I would like to add a amazing memory) I was very busy when he arrived I briefly showed him the 45,000 SF warehouse. These guys are great!! I have used them at my business for years. I needed something done quick for a fire inspection that was being done and they came within a couple hours. Travis was very helpful did not try to upsell me just fixed everything that was needed and offered recommendations. I will use them many more times I am sure.

We called this company to fix our exit lights. They came out twice and did not have the appropriate battery with them. They tried to sell us another system and we did not need it.
On the 3rd trip to deliver our batteries, they charged us a $65.00 trip fee because they did not have what we needed the other 2 trips. The technician that came to our office wasn't pleasant and when I called the main office, they blamed the 3 trips on us.
Will not use again.
