I am so happy to have NHCash there for me when I need it and even when I dont I still reciprocate the same and give them my on going business. NH Cash has a wonderful customer service staff. They are friendly and eager to help in any way they possible. The application process was easy and they work with a vast majority of credit scores, from great credit to poor credit. They seem like they look at the whole picture not just your FICO score.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! They took a chance on me with my credit was terrible and I was trying to rebuild after a terrible marriage. Also they are so amazing when it comes to customer support because Christmas this year is killing me since I’m trying to give my three children a great holiday and care for my terminally Ill mother all while working full time, so when I asked for a increase I honestly never expected a yes, but they just made everything a little easier:) Thank you so much NH Cash! 4 stars because they were very polite. But since I got my approval everytime I try and call the number back and it has me put the last 4 of my social in, it does not give me the option to speak with a person. Tried sending an email to ask questions and I got a response saying I was approved and to view everything sign into my account. When I sign in I see $0, no payment amounts or anything. How can i speak with someone over the phone?

I checked my account to do another draw down. This was last week, and received email that due to the demand that my request would not be process until this Monday. On Tuesday I received an email that I would be receiving a deposit of $300.00 that day. This is not the amount I requested, and is below the amount I have available for a draw. My account has been updated with the new draw down. I called customer support and was told that they only do draws of $300 to $350. I told the rep. this is the first time I have heard of this limit, and it was not shown on the website when I did my request

The thing here is that you know what you're signing up for. They give you the information ahead of time. I needed money when I was down on my luck and before I had any sort of credit. The interest was high and the loan I took out for 200 has cost me more than double than that. However I signed up for it and got the money knowing what I was getting myself into. Have I always been happy with them no, I am spending an outrageous amount with them. Sometimes the customer service people can be abrasive at first but I would assume that they don't always have the pleasure of dealing with people

I went to Nh Cash out of desperation. I made all my payments on time and it helped my credit but I paid through the nose. Not only that, but after making one of the last payments I had left to make, I received an email from the company informing me that my account was delinquent. This was not the case, and when I called the company to complain I was told that the same thing had happened to a lot of other customers who were, like me, not delinquent in their payments, and an employee had made a mistake and had been fired. I was not impressed. Do not go here.
