I have been a customer for years and Wise Security is great to deal with as long as everything is going well. But when things go wrong don't expect Wise Security to act professional or ethical. My home automation/security system has been acting up for several months, they are either unable or unwilling to fix it. Now they are ignoring Service Tickets. They avoid putting anything in writing as a paper trail is not what an ethical or professional company does. My only option at this point is to go with another company.
