Really love this location and ammenities. The sewer smell at the back of the campground, Near 142 143 144 145 , where we love to stay, was OVERWHELMING this time. ( thats why 4 stars not 5)
I hope that can be fixed before our next stay. Other than that it was peaceful, fishing was right off our campsite, showers and gift shop are nice to have. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park and other places to visit.

Horrible place. 1 star is actually 1 to many. The smell of sewer was awful. We could not open our windows in our rig because of the smell. Nobody was friendly at all. People did not clean up after their dogs. The water pressure was a joke
The shower barely had enough pressure to rinse off. The website pictures are not what you get. Lots of trashy people living there. Almost like squatters. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Great staff! Very helpful. RVs are close together. Bathrooms were clean but if both of the shower rooms were being used at the same time, one person doesn't get hot water. Large separate outside sink by the bathrooms was nice.

So love the space with the river and the amenities. But they do have issues with dogs in rv's that don't do well with distractions other than a night or 2 unless , spaces are very close and not much privacy due to the closeness of vehicles. And also don't really pay attention to who speeds but bit will tag you for it. Also they have a sign outside if the office that claims if your RV looks too old or isn't within their specifications they have the right to not rent a spot to you... Just beware they pick and choose and will ask you to leave for a policy they notify you about with the 3 level notification

Decent park in loveland Colorado. Has several full timers so part of the park is kind of run down. However, if you get a spot on the left side on the Big Thompson River (more like a babbling brook!) it is beautiful. We put our chairs out behind our RV and it is private and peaceful. We would stay here again.

This is a good location for visiting Rocky Mountains National Park. What's not mentioned on the website- the campground is on a water well. With so many sites sharing this water supply you will be without water in the evenings and most mornings. Plan to fill your fresh water tank before you get there for water pressure and showering.

We are currently staying here at at the end of our two weeks! I don’t wanna go! I’m his park is absolutely amazing! We had a really bad experience at the park we were at before here so this has been a breath of fresh air...literally! Beautiful well cared for grounds! Quiet! I read reviews prior to coming regarding water yet we have not had one issue! Bathrooms are clean! The live music is great! I have zero complaints and will definitely be coming back!

The overall park is nice and the staff is friendly but very busy. The entrance has a bridge over a creek which is nice ambiance. There is a big playground for the kids and plenty of outdoor area to walk dogs.
A large portion of the spots are for full timers or seasonal guests so you need to book in advance which is common these days. The spot we ended up with was very odd. It's basically a mound between two ditches with about 18in to 2ft on either side (recommend pulling to your preferred side). Our group had a couple slips and falls on the slopes during setup but nothing major. The mound has

I Love this RV park. When all other parks are all reserved you can usually get a spot at Riverview. They have a nice play ground for small children and being right on the river is great. I only rated three stars because last time we were there the water pressure is horrible. We had to fill our RV tank and use the pump to be able to get any pressure at all. I will still enjoy this park but be warned if you have a RV fill your tanks just incase.

Stayed here 5 nights. We were a bit worried about reviews that mentioned issues with power and water pressure. Never had problems with either. Staff was great! 2 reasons I could only give it 4 stars, not 5. The area we stayed in has power boxes every other site, so your front door is facing your neighbors front door. Other reason was run down, nasty looking trailers here from full timers. Elderly lady next to us had mice running back and forth from her vehicle to her 5th wheel. Luckily the mice didn't join us...
We did have cell service with Verizon & AT&T
