I have been using Roberts for a couple of years now. We almost never have insect issues inside the house. An occasional spider or perhaps a cricket in the basement, but rarely if ever are there issues in the main area of the home. I recommend them to anyone asking for pest control needs.

Chad the technician showed up on time, with a great attitude and ready to work. He was extremely thorough in his treatment. He got down on his hands and knees and sprayed all of my baseboards. The exterior of the home 3 feet up and then part of the yard away from the house. He even lifted some of the siding to apply to chemical under there, under… the bathroom sinks behind the furniture. I spoke with this company regarding a roach treatment on an apartment building and was quoted a price by Charlie Roberts directly. He then told me an office worker would call me to schedule. They did not over the next couple days, so I called to schedule. I spoke to the lady on the phone and she informed me there would be a $65 fee just to come out to quote a price. I informed her that I was already quoted a price by Charlie and that I was comfortable with the price and wanted to schedule the service, but not pay a fee to have another estimate. Excellent! We purchased a treatment off Groupon, Revived an appt the same week. The woman who answered the phone was courteous, knowledgeable and very eager to make us happy. I have to write a review about this company. I am a single mom of two that was living in an apartment with an infestation that was NOT coming from my apartment. I decided to choose Roberts pest control to do a heat treatment before moving to a new place. Not only did Charlie answer his phone every time I called and believe you me as much as I called you would think I was the pest.
