I'm looking into a new home and the. Agent has been very helpful and send it to me homes in the price range that I'm looking into. The agent has been wonderful about continuously send me properties for sale in Foley Alabama. I'm looking into making a move within the next year or year-and-a-half. The agents have been nothing but kind and considerate. And I so appreciate that.

We used Gulf Coast Experts for the sale and purchase of our new home. The listing agent (Stuart) told us on the first day what his thoughts were and gave us his recommendation for the listing of our house. While no agent can predict an actual timeline of sale, everything he told us happened almost exactly as he said. The agent and office staff (Cassie) were accomodating and prompt on any question and made us feel like their primary customer. Our house received 14 viewings in the first week and sold after 13 days on the market.

Bree Shores has helped at every turn. I was in Alaska when I closed on my home, and I closed on a building in Arkansas all on the same day. Gulf Coast Realty Group took care of details and Bree was there to answer my questions and check out what I needed here. She is still helping me with referrals for electricians, plumbers, etc. I would highly recommend this group.
