We experienced a near-emergency with a 35-ft pine, recently. I contacted Joel. He immediately returned my correspondence. Two men were dispatched to our home to access the needed work; and within one week the tree was removed. The arborists professionally handled the job AND cleaned up following the work. I, too, own a business and have always believed in the motto I learned many years ago in sales, "good service is good business". Tree Solutions LLC practices that motto 100%, and may I add, that the final bill for the work was most reasonable. If prompt attention had not been given to the issue

Joel just left our yard following a storm related emergency where a very big tree had broken one side off, leaving a huge limb hanging over our house with the remaining trunk split completely to the ground.
This happened while we were out of town and on our return it was obvious that it should have fallen already. It was Sunday and we expected to just leave a message and hope someone would call us back and get to it in time.
To my surprise, Joel answered and after hearing about how tenuous the situation was, stopped 30 minutes later when returning to Antigo.
