These are a really good group of people! My pool sweep was not working so I took it in to get serviced. I explained everything to Angie and she gave the message Kurt and John. Kurt was able to get the sweep repaired under warranty so it cost me nothing. John brought the sweep back to my house and installed it.
This process to sometime. There were many issues and only one would show up at a time. I think it took three tries before all the problems were resolved. At any point, they could've asked me to go somewhere else. But they were persistent and the sweep works like a champ!

Had an issue with paint in our pool after the patio had been painted. The surface was full of latex paint. The owner came out within an hour of calling their office and brought a chemical to resolve the problem. Told him it could wait until the next day but he wanted to make sure no further damage happened. Excellent customer service.

I am the office manager for Lifeguard Pool Service, they do a great job at servicing and repairing pools and spas. The owner and technicians go the extra mile for the customers. Great company to work for I recommend them to anyone! Noticed Brenda Guzman's bad review and looked up her account, we financed her swimming pool over 5 times throughout the course of time she was a customer. Unfortunately if the customer stops paying their bill the service will not continue.
