Services
Frank's Car Wash is a family owned carwash that started in 1973 as a full service carwash located on Bush River Road. Frank's continues to expand our locations and services to make sure we always deliver a clean car and a great experience. 7 Full service car washes, 6 of the Full service locations offer multiple free vacuums and Express exterior service.
In 1958, Dwight D. Eisenhower was the President of The United States and Frank Hutchins started washing cars at Constan Car Wash. It's over 50 years later and the Hutchins family is still washing cars. After working in a variety of roles with regional car wash chain Constan, Frank decided to enlist his son, Mike, and go out on their own.

Waste of money. Vehicle was not fully clean coming out of wash. Vacuums did not have good suction and some didn’t even work at all.
Left with the interior still dirty exterior still dirty. I even felt dirty.
Paid for tire shine, tires came out more dry than when I pulled into the car wash with. Go else where.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Only had one person working. This was twice when I went. Worker didn't look like he wanted to be there. I couldn't get thru the gate blew my horn several times no one came to help. Paid with my credit card and the manager said he couldn't reimburse me. But reimburseed me when I joined. Canceling membership not worth the money

I've been going to Frank's Car Wash for years. But I'm always nervous when going to Frank's Car Wash, since the time a young man who was working there came up to my antenna on my truck and started to take it off, well he stop after I told him that's not needed I've been here many times without any problems. Come to find out when I came out of the wash my antenna was ripped off because this young man failed tight the antenna back up - which was lose enough for the brushes to grab ahold and rip it off. And when I went inside the car wash bay to retrieve my antenna there were two employees saw me

I purchased the membership and went through the wash, then finished on my interior.
In short, customer service is mediocre and the extra cleaning supplies are not easily accessible. I've had similar memberships in other states and this one is disappointing. You can at least have the towels and used towel bucket convenient for customers, and include some scented sprays. Shoddy place.
Long story:
Nobody ever came to see which car purchased the membership. I tried to walk up to where the guy was spraying, waiting and waving when looking my way. I was completely ignored.

We came in for an exterior wash. Anyone ordering an interior wash holds up the line of cars because they vacuum right there in front of the wash entrance. We watched as as an employee put wet dripping floor mats back into someones car then hosed the car off with a few of the doors still open! When it came our turn he barely scrubbed 1/4 of our windshield. We left the wash with dirt still on the car and got a rewash. Again dirt was left on the car and windows! The people drying the car ignored it twice! The vacuum did not work! I am really not sure what we even paid for.
