Eyebrow threading is better than waxing because it uses absolutely no chemicals and cuts hair removal time by half. I have been going to ruby salon for years now and they keep getting better and better. I usually only go to one of the women for my eyebrows because she does such an amazing job but recently I started using both of the girls there for eyebrow threading and they are both amazing! They really care about their customers and that their customers are completely satisfied! If there’s something you don’t like or want differently about any of their services they encourage you to tell them so they can help you better! Overall such wonderful people who really do a wonderful job and they are sooo so clean

I was accommodated soon after I arrived for my appointment. The hairstylist, Tanveer, first asked to see my hair in its natural state. He recommended a hairstyle that according to him would best complement my natural features. I was happy with how he styled my hair. I will definitely go back to his salon.

The owner kindly gave me an appointment even if it was last minute. It was my first time at this particular Hair Salon. Customer service was great and my hair looks fantastic. The products he used on my hair are top notch. I got my eye brows done , i am very happy the way they came out.

I first started going to Ruby Salon to get my eyebrows threaded. They do a great job and I'm never disappointed. One day I was there to get my roots done, and met Tanveer. He suggested that I get a Brazilian treatment to straightened my hair (I have natural curls). I was hesitant at first, but it was the best thing I've done. Not only is my hair easy to maintain, but also no more frizz!! He did my hair and told me I would get lots of compliments and he was right. I go to Ruby Salon for everything, eyebrows, wax, and hair. They are the best!

I honestly love this place. I’ve been to many different salons and they’re all very costly and the quality you get from them doesn’t match up with what you’re paying. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been disappointed with the service I received from other places. Not only is this salon more affordable then most, but they are very professional and kind. It’s a judgement free zone and you definitely get your money’s worth. I highly recommend this salon!

Usually I go to a relative's salon to get my hair done, but he has been incredibly busy and I have reached the age where I need to stay on top of my grays. I just moved to the area and decided to take my chances on a local salon. I chose Ruby's due to location and hours of operation.
I called the day after Thanksgiving and they were able to get me a morning appointment. I was a bit early for my appointment and the women working were friendly and explained the hairdresser would be arriving shortly. They did a brief consult for color selection before he arrived.

I used to come here all the time for eyebrow threading, have even had my hair styled a few times here. But today. I called as soon as they were open to schedule an appointment, the lady on the phone told me 3pm was perfectly fine. I get a phone call and hour before the appointment, saying that she was busy her boss was gone and there was no one else to help her. First of all I am not even blaming this lady but how UNPROFESSIONAL is it to cancel my appointment an hour prior!! How unprofessional is it to leave your employee alone on a holiday. Came in here to get my brows done. First time and the lady was sooooo nice and staff is very welcoming. I usually do my brows myself and only special occasions I get my brows done. She did my brows so nice!!! I will definitely come back for sure so she can shape them nicer
UPDATE: been here a few times already and I LOVE how my eye brows come out. I always get compliments. I decided to do my lips and chin, the lady did a wonderful job. First time at Ruby Salon and I came here for a Brazilian I purchased from Groupon. I am SHOCKED at all the reviews I am reading. If I had read before I got there I would not have went ... and I'm glad I did not read these comments because I had a great experience. First off the place at glance is beautiful clean and has a upscale look. I got my Brazilian wax from (hope I understood correctly) and women named Almon who was very informative and made me feel very comfortable under the circumstances lol. First I had a Brazilian wax and while making conversation, me being naked from the waist down, she asked me if I ever had a baby and I said no, then she said my body looked like I had a baby. I don't have the best body and I guess I figured it was probably true so I wasn't terribly bothered by it. As someone else mentioned, I also noticed her double dipping in the wax.
I went back next time for a haircut. She criticized the texture of my hair while she was washing it and then I got angry because I know I have healthy

The husband and wife team that own the salon are hung up on pushing services and products, regardless whether you need them or not. You are not advised of anything because they genuinely want to help you or because you could actually benefit from it, but because it's about them making $$$ at the end of the day. My friend fell for this scheme when she planned on going in for a $50 service and left spending $200!
