As vaccine rates rise and jobs open up, Monarch is doing its part to get eligible individuals back into the workforce and support veterans getting back to work. Do yourself a favor & seek opportunities elsewhere. My sister spoke with a nice woman from this agency & they arranged another follow up call together scheduled a few days after.
The follow up never happened. She received an email 3 hours later that it "slipped" her mind! Unorganized & unprofessional!

I recently finished a roughly 4 month contract-to-hire role with Monarch. I was brought on with the possibility but not guarantee that at around 3-4 months it could turn into a direct hire but should assume up to a 6 month contract. This was just to air on the side of lowest expectations. After 4 months I was directly hired to the employer. The transition was seamless.
During my time as a Monarch employee I had an excellent experience. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Any issues I encountered, particularly when I became eligible for medical benefits, were addressed immediately and resolved

Talk about reliable, Monarch Staffing is the definition of RELIABLE. They always come through for you. The turn around time for them to find you employment is amazing. I appreciate you (Monarch Staff, Ariel) and the other staff members.

Everyone was professional!! Ms.Kate, Ms. Owen, and Nick thank you all so much. My experience with monarch was wonderful. A friend referred their services to me and my sister also recommended them as well. I will also recommend their services to others. They found me a decent paying job in a reasonable amount of time. I love the company that I work for currently, yes they found the job for me. Please check them out for yourself. You pay them nothing!!! Once they hire you, they pay you and you work until you get hired by the company you are temping for or you find something better .... you literally

Within 2 weeks of contacting Monarch Staffing, I was offered a full-time position with a company (I'm finishing my 2nd week at my new job!). I had an in-person meeting at Monarch and within a few days, I was having my first interview. Monarch Staffing was so helpful in aiding me in my job search. I was contacted same-day for jobs I applied to through Monarch's website. The staff was beyond wonderful! After my meeting at Monarch, a woman walked in 5min to close, and the staff greeted her with smiles instead of shooing her out the door. Thank you to everyone at Monarch Staffing (Springfield)!!

I started with Monarch about a year in a half ago and I couldn't be happier they were so helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for as far as employment. Through a virtually seamless process I was able to get on with a company that hired me just six months after contracting with them. I first went to Monarch in August of 2018 for employment and was placed at a job immediately. I was offered the position after completing my contract hours. Shortly after being hired I had had to resign from my position for personal reasons. after having surgery in April 2019 and being cleared to work a few months later, I again contacted Monarch. I was again immediately considered for a position and I an currently working at a location for the state. This position has opened doors for me to learn more apply the department and take exams to apply for a higher position. I am making a lot less than

I relocated here from Washington, DC, with if I must say myself an impressive resume. This place is like a one night stand. When you're in front of them, they tell you how wonderful you are and then never hear from them again after you leave their place. Probably caters to hourly/administrative but it'd be nice for them to clarify that up front.

Horrible! I wouldn't recommend this agency for all the reasons some others have stated. I also recently signed up a few months ago and have experienced the same lack of communication and back and forth with supposed job openings. I have worked with 2 other agencies while in college and once graduated and never experienced this with either of those companies.
I had a bad enough experience to post my concern with this company. Like others have said if you are looking for a job just go directly to an employer; this company is a waste of time and you don't benefit.

Finally a great temp agency!! It took awhile, but I got a great contract position through this agency. I applied on a whim, thinking I wasn't qualified but I ended up getting the job. My assignment has been extended twice already. I might've just gotten lucky with this assignment, but Monarch has taken good care of me while I'm working. Even before this, they did consistently email me when they had opportunities open (real jobs, not fake ones they use to lure you in for an interview). I liked that more than calling in available every week to some receptionist who may or may not have

In a world that is quick to complain, I write today for the exact opposite reason. I met with Alicia to complete the registration process, and I want to be sure you know from an applicant perspective what an excellent operation Alicia, Denise, Krista and rest of team run in Malvern. From entrance to exit, it was an exemplary experience. Email exchanges prior to meeting left me impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. Our in-person meeting elevated that impression exponentially.
