We are a mid-sized firm of architects, professional engineers, interior designers, construction inspectors and support staff. We take pride in our interactive, client-centered approach that involves the client in all phases of a project.
We involve our clients in all phases of a project - from preliminary scope of work to design with our clients, together, on the computer screen, and through construction plans and into construction on site. I enlisted the services of Monte Leeper Architect to create drawings for my home to ensure that an extension was safe on my second floor. Monte was extremely reasonably priced, professional, and knowledgeable. He made ever effort to ensure no stone was left unturned and even assisted with helping me fill out building permits, etc. I highly recommend Monte Leeper Architect in Oceanside, NY if you are looking to do work and need an architect.

100% agree with the prior review by Andy N. above. Monte Leeper is not only smart but honest and a decent person to work with. We needed an emergency evaluation after Hurricane Sandy and he quickly came to assist us although he was bombarded with work. And when so many other professionals were taking advantage of desperate homeowners, Monte's fees were more than reasonable. I was never afraid to contact him with questions and was relieved to get prompt responses.
