Shane burrows and his team are very unprofessional with their timing and communication. They do not reach out to you with how the case is going or how far they have gotten. They do not reply to emails and if they happen to, it’s days later with very little information, still leaving you unanswered. Audrey is never in the office or so they say. When you try to contact her she doesn’t respond appropriately if she even calls back at all. Almost a year into them taking in my case they have contacted me twice.. I have no clue what is going on or if they are even working on my case at his point.

Take care of you in beginning, but after they finish case and get paid they forget about you. Give you the run around after they settle your case. Once they get paid they dont care bout getting your money to you. Case been settled for 6 weeks now. Judge signed off and still haven't seen check. But they already got their portion.
