Tami booked a truck with us, my driver drove 150 miles to pick up the load, she said the load was canceled, the load was posted for the next day and she did not want to pay my truck a TONU, do not do business with them they do not take care of the carrier when they make a mistake!

Booked a load with shane, driver did not get loaded for 7 hours, finally i call after hours and douglas the most rude and unprofessional broker answered. Giving me an attitude right away. Saying that some kid called him and canceled the load? Saying it was someone from our office that called, which was a complete lie. No one called tomlin until the driver notified us 7 hours later that he did not start getting loaded. Please do not work with doug. Worst broker ive ever dealt with. Definitely will not be working with tomlin on future freight

Took a few weeks to hassle for detention that was promised to the driver and after some back and forth they finally came through.

If the shipper or receiver don't load you or unload you in the first 2-3 hrs do not expect any detention .... They don't pay detention on FCFS loads.
