I have been very dissatisfied with the customer service. I placed an order on December 4 and when it still had not shipped by December 28, I requested a cancellation. I received a response that everything was shipping within 2 days of order from their warehouse and that the mail was slow this year. Then I requested tracking which showed their was a pre-shipment request on December 30.It still had not left their warehouse. I Again requested cancellation was told it was too late because it had shipped—two days after my original request. It is now January 2 and USPS still does not have it, but they

Working with Brightology Lighting was a great experience. We scheduled an appointment to visit the property I manage in the morning and by the next the day we had someone doing the site inspection. They explained everything in detail making it very easy for me to understand. The next day I received a proposal that was extremely easy to explain to my board. They also provided installation for the project with a project manager that handled the entire project. My experience was simply amazing.
