I contacted State Farm regarding billing inquiries. I contacted the office on 4 occasion each time they told me they would get back to me with a breakdown on my bill however, I've not received a call back. To add insult I was speaking to Lucinda and she hung up on me. I've been a customer of State Farm for 15 years. Overall State Farm is a great company. Sandi Brown not so much. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND

First couple months was okay with this company. Then they drop me with no warning so I'm uninsured and tell me the reason for this is they weren't charging me enough. I have never had a company stop service then tell me they need more money. It's not a good look.

Yeyo helped my bunches, very friendly and knowledgeable just like everyone in this office. I've had my policies with Sandy Browns office for around 7 years, with 4 different vehicles. I shop around to see if I can get better prices every couple of years, and nobody can beat sandy browns prices, that's why I've been with them so long, Thx Y'all!
