Beautiful shop, but service was terrible! I asked for a small bag so car won’t get wet, both ladies up front made it seem like I was asking for too much. The bouquet was also ok for $27, it could have been a lot bigger. Def won’t be returning, so many better places with way better customer service.

I live outside the New York area and have used Georgewood Florist for several years to deliver flowers to my Mother for Mother’s day, Valentine’s day, etc., They always do a great job and flowers are always delivered on-time, fresh, and in beautiful style leaving her very happy & pleased.

At this point Theres not a lot of options in Floral Park- Bellerose Area. The prices were about in line with average. Its possible they are better than most at curating the flowers. the roses i got there were interesting & had some color variations
Theses people have a pretty big barrier to minimize the exposure to germs, they wear masks when they approach you- no complaints about COVID safety on my visit. Considering they have no real competition they could easily be a lot worse- so, i guess they have some commitment to quality. Ill be back

Absolutely gorgeous job on my great aunt’s funeral arrangement! They go above and beyond and it’s worth the price! I did wish that they were able to put more pink flowers in the arrangement as I had wanted, but since it was Mother’s Day weekend, I totally understand the compromise. Will be using again!

I have ordered from Georgewood twice recently. I was extremely happy with the arrangements. I live in Florida and my daughter lives on Long Island. No one in this establishment wears masks! I walked in to get a flower arrangement and they had 3 employees behind the counter- none of which were wearing masks. I asked why does no one wear masks and the girl simply said " no we don't wear them". This is a severe problem and disservice to the Floral park community and to everyone that has suffered through the pains of Covid. They do not wear masks! In a time of nationwide spike, they are not following NY state mandate to wear masks.

So I have to say that having a civil wedding dinner during a pandemic is an experience all in itself. I worked with Daniella all online. I never went to Greenwood Florist, I really relied on the fact that this was a referral from a dear friend of mine. Daniella really brought my vision to life. She captured what I wanted within a few short phone calls and email exchanges. Reasonable pricing. Great customer service. The pictures explain it all. I was very happy with how it turned out.

She assured me all the arrangements are done on the premises and they deliver them. I wanted the arrangement ASAP. I was told they just needed 2 hours notice and I could pick it up. Turns out I had it delivered. They didn't have delivery to the recipients address till the next day which was fine. I asked the recipient to sent me a picture of the flowers. What she received was almost identical to the picture they had online. The flowers were fresh and the colors vibrant. The recipient was very happy with them. I would defiantly use

Georgewood Florists provided the centerpieces for my Baby Shower this past Saturday. I have to say the entire experience was a positive one from start to finish. I stopped into the florist about 3 or 4 weeks prior, without an appointment. I was actually in the area to visit the florist on the next block who was extremely overpriced and not willing to work with me. I stopped into Georgewood on my way back to the car. Update: Fortunately I ended up getting wedding centerpieces from Georgewood last year. I did my research in asking a bunch of florists for quotes based on what I wanted and some places were charging ridiculous prices. However, Georgewood simply asked for pictures of what I liked, the color scheme I was going for, and finally my budget. And the result was beautiful centerpieces of such great quality and detail! I'm so thankful I worked with them and would highly recommend them without hesitation :)

I was in a rush the other day and I decided to pick up a birthday bouquet for a dear friend of mine on a Friday evening. Since I was driving past Georgewood I stopped in for the very first time.
When I first arrived I was approached by a young woman who offered to assist me. From the looks of things it was evident they did not have a wide variety of flowers to choose from and the quality of some of the flowers appeared subpar.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE GEORGEWOOD FLORIST!!! I used them for my sweet 16 and then again for my wedding 9 years later. I came to them a week before my wedding as I still didn't have a florist and they completely came through for me not only with an AMAZING floral arrangement but within my budget and everything was set up before I even came to the venue.
The staff actually knows about what flowers go best together and are very creative and extremely reliable. I would never go anywhere else for my events and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business to all my family and friends.
