If you are a highly athletic individual and are constantly on your feet, you stand a higher chance of developing plantar fasciitis. Notably, this condition is very common among runners. Before we can get deeper into the topic, it is essential that we understand what plantar fasciitis is. At the bottom of your foot, there's a thick band that runs across it attaching your toes to the heel bone.
A fracture is a partial or complete break in a bone. Fractures in the ankle can range from the less serious avulsion injuries (small pieces of bone that have been pulled off) to severe shattering-type breaks of the tibia, fibula, or both. Ankle fractures are common injuries that are most often caused by the ankle rolling inward or outward.

Dr Johnson and his staff far exceeded my expectations! Every appointment I had they remembered my name as well as my wife's. They remembered things we had talked about in my personal life and asked questions about them in other appointments. Their friendliness and civility is second to none. I called the Clinic based on a referral from an Urgent Care facility. I wanted to get an appointment asap because of a very painful foot problem. It was going to be a couple days, but after a discussion with Leslie she was able to work me in that afternoon.
Dr Johnson is very knowledgeable and a great communicator. He explained my issues and provided a good path forward. He is very patient and answered all my questions in an understandable manner.

I am blown away by the level of care and kindness at this office! My teenager unfortunately stepped on a sewing needle, part of which broke off and went all the way into her toe. Not only were Dr. Johnson and his staff able to fit us in same day, they were super kind, gentle and thorough and were able to remove the needle with minimal discomfort to my daughter. We are SO THANKFUL for Dr. Johnson and his team!!

My experience with Dr. Johnson was great! He put a lot of effort and time into explaining my condition to me and possible treatments. I truly appreciate how he made sure I really understand what was going on. A lot of doctors make you feel like they are trying to rush through to their next appointment but he made me feel like he really cared about what was going on! He was super friendly and kind! Would definitely recommend!

This office is so beautiful and I love the location! Dr. Johnson took care of my sister...and we loved it. He walked her through all of her treatment options and expected outcomes and it helped her feel like she was making a very educated decision on what to do. My husband had a complete rupture of his Achilles tendon. Dr. Johnson gave him his life back!!! From the first appointment with Dr. Johnson we knew we were in good hands. Dr. Johnson was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We always felt very informed and knew what to expect. My husbands surgery couldn't have gone any better and his recovery was remarkable. We are incredibly grateful for Dr. Johnson's expertise. I would highly recommend Dr. Johnson to everyone.
