Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Chris came to our house more than a month ago, said he needed to order a part. He called me a week later to verify Model and Serial numbers. Since then I've called and left messages 4 times, never to receive a call back. Had to call a different repair company. No dishwasher for 6 weeks now.

First class appliance repair service. Fast, talented and professional. Chris returned my call in an hour and came to my house 30 minutes later. He worked methodically and diligently. He fixed my dishwasher. It's good to know that there are such good and talented people in South County - Westerly area. I recommend.

Jeff was outstanding! First off he called me back the same day I left a message ( that is a big deal, a lot of company’s don’t ). He showed up on time! ( another great sign ). He fixed our freezer quickly and replace a faulty part, then cleaned out a dryer vent to our dryer (with out charging us a full service charge!!). Great guy would recommend this company to anybody.
