The clinic is a friendly environment located within the Wauseon Office of Chiropractic. It strives to build strong patient relationships and education regarding the patient's body. The clinic has a special interest in chiropractic for all ages, acupuncture, pregnancy, pediatrics, nutrition, and of course whole body wellness.
She has lived in the Wauseon, OH area for most of her life. Dr. Kiefer attended Evergreen Local schools and worked, served, worshiped in the local Wauseon community. Prior to attending Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO, Dr. Kiefer completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lourdes College in Sylvania, Ohio.
Please arrive to Select Wellness Center 10 to 15 minutes early to your first appointment for required paperwork. At this time Dr. Kiefer will have evaluated your current medical information and has developed a recommended treatment plan specifically for you. After explaining your review of findings, if you approve of Dr. Kiefer's treatment plan, your care will begin today!
Each person is different. Many people prefer a soft mattress, but the best support is a medium/ firm mattress to support and stabilize the spine through many hours of sleep. Actually, it is ideal to first align the spine, nervous system, and muscles. Following it with acupuncture to 'hold' the adjustment in place and balance the body's energies.
