Troy is the traveler's guardian angel on his stretch of US51. Right around Thanksgiving the wife and I hit a deer a little before midnight. Our Jeep made it a few miles further than the deer, but both ultimately shared the same fate. We had no idea what we were going to do at that hour 10 miles from the closest town. And it was snowing hard. Did I mention we also had our two labs and a borrowed Frenchie with us? Never fear ... along comes Troy. We ALL get in his truck and he takes us to the only place in Mosinee still open. He sticks around long enough to make sure they're going to let us stay

I own an insurance company about 45 mins away and I had a client call my office to mentioned they had a flat tire and wasn’t sure what to do. Their policy covers towing but they still weren’t sure who to call. Based on other reviews, I recommended TRW. The customer called me back after speaking with the shop and said they were very impressed with both the timeliness and the friendliness. If needed, I would definitely use again and would definitely recommend again.

On my way to pick up my kid at the ski lodge, I hit a piece of debris that came off of a semi on I39 and found myself in a 60mph sideways skid with the temp at ten below zero, finally coming to rest with the left underside of my car gone. By some miracle Troy showed up. I told him I was from out of town, had two kids counting on me to get them at the lodge and back to Chicago, needed a rental car, and didn't know the area. His response? "Let's get your car to the shop, we'll pick up the kids, and I'll take you all to the airport so you can get a rental car". HE WAS NOT GOING TO CHARGE ME EXTRA
