Not all therapists are the same, but selecting a therapist does not have to be difficult. If you need help figuring out which therapist would be a good fit for you, contact our receptionist or schedule a consultation. Keep in mind the first 2-3 sessions are a "get to know you" time. Some people may only need about 10 sessions and others may choose to maintain therapy for longer periods of time.

No matter what your needs are, we are just thankful you trusted us because you matter. For Face to Face appointments, please be on time and don't forget your mask when entering the building. If you are not feeling well or running a fever, we kindly ask for you to reschedule your appointment. Telehealth appointments allow you to have access to your therapists from the comfort of your chosen safe space.
Services
In an attempt to not allow finances to hinder someone in need of counseling, reduced fee services may be available to clients in financial stress on a limited basis. We accept all BCBS policies and provide a complimentary eligibility check before your first session. Every client is encouraged to contact their insurance company to verify their deductible, copay/coninsurance and coverage.

Kana is wonderful! I started with a different therapist and discovered very quickly, I needed a new one!! So grateful for my change! She is very good at what she does!! Thankful for her!!

I believe that today being my first day of counseling was amazing. I didn't feel uncomfortable. It was very nice. Ms.Cami was extremely nice.
