Just wrapped up an auction of our home with this company and couldn't be happier. They let us know up front exactly what would be happening from set up through the day of the sale. Roger and crew were super friendly and very professional every step of the way. They made sure no one smoked or wore shoes inside and cleaned up after the sale. We highly recommend them.

Roger and team were the right choice for our auction. They took the time to explain how the process would work, helped us feel comfortable with what to expect, and then took over the process. Anytime we had questions come up Roger was right there with answers. In the end we were very impressed with how the action turned out. After the passing of my dad, we hired Melton Auction & Realty Company to handle the sale. They are the best around! Very professional and truly care about both the sellers and the buyers. Wow, Melton Auction helped us downsize our collection of tools, trucks, trailers, tractors, fishing items, outdoor furniture, antique furniture, dishes and numerous other items. Melton Auction organized and advertised our auction so well we had over 800 hundred buyers. They had 2 rings going at the same time to sale our collection of 46 years. We really appreciate their hard work to help us find new owners for everything. We would recommend them to everyone that has items that you no longer need. Great job Roger and all his employees.

They helped value my father’s estate and then conducted a full property and household auction.
