Job was scheduled for Friday the 26th between 3:00 and 5:00. Received a call at 2:45 from the tech saying he was on his way. By 6:00 I called him back to see where he was. "I got called to an emergency job". Okay, what time will you be here? "Can I come by in the morning?" Okay, I guess. Saturday comes around, he shows up at 9:00 to begin work. Leaves within an hour to go get parts. Never comes back. I call him again to find out what the heck is going on. "I didn't have the parts, so I went to another job".

I really liked working with Duque. They did a very good job on our sprinkler install, including dealing with the irrigation canal, wiring up the irrigation pump, installing a line filter, dripper zones and pop-up heads. The job was delayed a bit from the initial starting date and took a few days longer to finish than expected, which was due to one of his guys getting sick.

When my sprinklers came on last week, I noticed a dangerous amount of water in my yard. Turns out, a sprinkler pipe had busted and was flooding every time the sprinklers turned on. I called Sprinkler Master due to their high reviews and I highly recommend their service. They were able to get my emergency taken care of very quickly despite being swamped with other jobs. Everything was fixed and running in a little over an hour and the pricing was extremely reasonable. Very thankful for their swift response to my emergency, their professionalism, and their expertise.

Duque was fantastic. I had him come over to do a quote for fixing and moving some sprinklers, and he noticed a part of my fence had blown down. I mentioned to him that we had a few rotten fence posts that we wanted to replace. He offered to replace them along with the sprinkler job, and would include it in the quote. The quote for everything came back less than expected. Once hired, he did a fantastic job. Above and beyond. Thank you!
