I am blown away that this agent and office has good reviews. I inherited them when another agent retired (at least I think that's what happened). Anyway, I did not choose them.
The service has been horrendous. Nothing but problems. Every time I spoke with one of the people in the office about an issue and being dissatisfied, her response was always "You're welcome to shop around for another insurance carrier." So that's what I recommend: look elsewhere.

After my daughter got into a major car accident that's when I knew what a responsible agent looks like. Sevana has stepped into our lives and changed everything, you don't realize how much coverage or support you need until it happens to you. After I canceled my policy with another company I signed up for home coverage for both homes 4 cars, life insurance and a umbrella coverage. My other agent in 20 yrs never asked or even knew I had a 2nd home. I feel so much better for the extra Peace of mind. Thank you again for all you do.

I was price shopping all the competition out there and Chris and Sevana reached out to me and gave me a quick over the phone no obligation quote. But when they quoted me my monthly, I quickly jumped on it. On average $70 less per month than the other and they informed me I'll get another decrease on the price after 6 months.. which saved me another $20 thus far. I carry auto, renters and life insurance with them for less than my auto was!! Since then I carry on a great relationship with them if I have questions or ask for a postponed payment they are quick to help me. I can reach out anytime

Insurance is something we need and unfortunately sometimes companies add hidden fees or they just simply make you feel like another file in their database. THANKFULLY THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE! The entire staff is welcoming and attentive. Sati is the one who helped me out. I was so fearful of high insurance cost and life insurance was something I thought I couldn't afford.
