Waterfall Pools

I called him to get an estimate to install a new pool, and he was so rude, he acted like I could not afford his company, then went on to say he could not do any work for 6 months. When I stated we wanted to begin the project sooner and thanked him for his time. He just hung up on me. Seriously nothing just hung up. So rude!! I would never use this company! What a lack of professionalism.

Ed Huber worked on our pool in Hollywood and did an outstanding job. He started promptly and did all the work within our budget. He is very good at creating beautiful waterfall pools. He also put together the paver people that did a wonderful job on our travertine pavers. We were very very happy with Ed's work on our pool.
We looked at other reviews but noticed one thing, no one that had a bad review ever posted a photo of the work they were unhappy with to show others. We checked around, including other projects he did and we checked with the BBB and everything checked out. No problems. Ed was

I now have a real paradise in my backyard. Ed Huber was such a nice man. He took our battered and ugly waterfall pool and brought it back to life. He worked so fast and with such nice workers who where always courteous and professional. He was reasonable and always wanted to make sure I liked each stage of his work. Ed just finished my pool and he did an amazing job! He does not ask for 100% up front. He brought us a beautiful drawing of how he was going to redo our pool and backyard. Each project was clearly spelled out and also as to the cost. No surprises. You pay that amount once a project is complete (i.e. grotto or pavers) His workers were pleasant and worked very fast. He was at our house everyday, even weekends to either do some of the work himself or supervise. He was always asking if I liked how it was going. I hired Ed Huber of Waterfall Pools in May 2018. Ed did a fantastic job building a waterfall for my pool. He explained every stage of the job, started and finished the job on time and did not charge me anything but was agreed on. Ed was diligent & supervised and worked on the job even on the weekends to get it finished. The waterfall passed inspection with the city of Davie with flying colors. What I loved about Ed is he is so passionate about creating beautiful pools and waterfall. He even gave me free advice on how I could improve on my pool that was being renovated

Let me tell you about Ed and WaterfallPools. This company is a true find. Ed is an artist, a perfectionist, has been doing this for 30+ years, and is a really nice guy. He transforms boring pools into luscious tropical paradises. What he does is a true service, as there is nothing more relaxing in life than flowing water, after a hard days work, or being upset about anything, you need only look at his work. If everyone in the world had one of these in their house I'm convinced there would probably be a lower world crime rate! Ed carries a binder of all the jobs over the years he's done

I wish I had read Miriam's review before I hired Ed of Waterfall Pools. It would have saved me a lot of heartache and distress.

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with pool contractors and subcontractors. All of them ask for payment in advance then once they have you hooked they bait and switch you into higher costs and threaten to abandon the project knowing it will cost you more to go to anybody else half way. I contracted with Waterfall Pools after having been robbed of a lot of money by another crook company Nationwide Pools run by Keith Stuart. I should have suspected foul play
