Psychiatric Department assists patients in their treatment and recovery from a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses and emotional conditions. A psychological evaluation helps diagnose the recipient's mental status or psychological conditions through standardized methodologies.
Legacy Behavioral Health provides the option of telehealth services to allow patients to connect with mental health professionals remotely using HIPAA compliant video conference system.Therapeutic Behavioral Services are intended to prevent recipients who have complex needs from requiring placement in a more intensive, restrictive behavioral health setting.

The admissions department at Legacy is committed to provide our clients with the best quality of care. We have a well trained team of licensed screeners available. Additionally, we have bilingual English and Spanish speaking admissions assistants working together as a team to answer any questions you may have.

My son sees Madison at Legacy and she is absolutely great. She’s very helpful and sweet. He loves seeing her and playing with all the games and toys she brings. She really has a personal touch, she doesn’t judge anyone based on their situations. She even goes as far as sharing some of her personal experiences which helps to make you feel more at ease. We love her and so glad we were matched with her for his therapy.

My theripist Ms.Madison is very caring and nice, she always makes sure im doing okay even when we are not in our sessions. I look foward to seeing her every week i get to see her. She makes going to therapy very fun. She gives me many things to look foward to. In all shes just an amazing theripist and im glad that ive met her. I really recommend her.

My daughter first started Legacy because her behavior was out of control. Her first therapist diagnosed her with ODD and her behaviors were getting worse. I almost quit therapy but then they transferred my girl to Madison Knowles. She took time with my daughter and with me and my daughter was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. A whole new world has opened up for us. I now understand my daughter and her actions and things are better than ever. She is the best! I highly recommended her!

I feel so blessed to have found David at Legacy Behavioral Health. He specializes in Drug Addiction which is what brought me to seek treatment. He cuts through the nonsense and is direct. We have worked extensively with cognitive behavioral therapy-changing the way I look at and see life. He is thought provoking, engaging and most important- relatable. I have had several therapists over the 16 years that I've struggled with drugs and alcohol and this is the first therapist that I've stuck with and has really helped. He has been very instrumental in changing my life and I will be forever grateful

My son loves his therapy session with his therapist Ms Brandi, actually both of my children love her and only one of them is her client. she is professional, works well with kids, she makes things fun and therapeutic and I see a tremendous difference in my child's behavior. If I ever need to get in touch with her she is quick with responding and is so very helpful. Probably more helpful than she is required. I love this place and am thankful that my son is getting help from here.

I love my son's counselor! I also LOVE our caseworker! They're the best people I could ever have asked to be on his side! They've gone above and beyond! I've just moved and although my son's team could make the move with us, I had to make a change in counseling for myself. My last counselor walked me through some serious hell. It's probably a good thing to start a new chapter with a fresh face. The staff has always been very supportive, kind, and accommodating. The child psychiatrist listens patiently and always addresses ALL of my concerns regarding my son's immediate care and the future consequences
